Effect of MCME on lung cancer and normal epithelial cells. (a) CL1-0, CL1-5, and A549 cells were treated with MCME for 24 h at concentrations ranged from 0.15 to 1.25 mg/mL. (b) HEK293 and WI-38 cells were treated with MCME at the same condition as that in (a). After treatment, cell viability was determined using the MTT assay.
