AM: amylase; CK: creatine kinase; HD: high dose; MD: medium dose; LD: low dose; NC: normal control. The treated groups received different doses of crude extract of Khat except NC which received distilled water. The values were expressed as mean ± S.E.M. No significant difference was noticed between groups and normal controls, P ≥ 0.05.
