Liver function test. Male and female rats received vehicle (CMC), 100 mg/kg or 1000 mg/kg dentatin for 14 days. Liver function was examined by measuring total protein, albumin, globulin, or enzymes (TB, CB, AP, ALT, AST, and GGT) level in serum.
