Flow cytometry analysis of cell cycle in U87 glioblastoma cells. (a) U87 glioblastoma cells were treated with DMSO or PLAB (5 and 10 μM) in the presence or absence of z-VAD-fmk (20 μM) for 24 h. Cells were collected, washed with PBS, and stained with a solution containing 50 μg/mL PI and 100 μg/mL RNase A for 30 min in the dark, at room temperature.
