Effects of the Yangjing capsule extract on testosterone production in MLTC-1 cells. The Yangjing capsule extract (0, 0.01, 0.1, 1 mg/mL) was used to treat MLTC-1 cells for 24 h combined with or without hCG stimulation for 4 h. The results are given as the means ± SD from three independent experiments. Compared with the control without hCG, ^∗𝑃<0.05, ^∗∗𝑃<0.01; compared with the control treated only with hCG, ^Δ𝑃<0.05, ^ΔΔ𝑃<0.01.
