Effects of the Yangjing capsule extract on apoptosis and caspase-3 expression in MLTC-1 cells. The Yangjing capsule extract was added to MLTC-1 cells for 48 h without serum. The cells were collected and analyzed using flow cytometry. The expression of caspase-3 mRNA and protein was detected by real-time RT-PCR and a colorimetric assay.
