Effects of PC on the protein expression of CYP3A4 in LS174T cells. (a) LS174T cells were transfected with pSG5-hPXR expression plasmids for 6 h. The LS174T cells were treated with vehicle control (0.1% DMSO); 10 μM RIF; and 2.5, 10, and 40 μM PC for 72 h, respectively. The cell homogenates were subjected to western blot. (b) LS174T cells were untransfected with pSG5-hPXR expression plasmids for 6 h. The LS174T cells were treated with vehicle control (0.1% DMSO); 10 μM RIF; and 2.5, 10, and 40 μM PC for 72 h, respectively. The cell homogenates were subjected to western blot.
