Histological examination showed the tumors of MOCK group were solid masses composed of densely arranged cells without distinct cell differentiation, which are heteromorphic with a large nucleus containing vesicles and an obvious nucleolus, a reverse proportion between nucleus and cytoplasm, much mitosis and angiogenesis, infiltrative growth of tumor cells, and large areas of necrosis and hemorrhage.
