Inhibition of LPS-induced NF-κB activation by EER. (a) The level of NF-κB protein in nucleus. The cells were treated with LPS or LPS + EER for 1 h. Immunoblottings for lamin A verified equal loading and purity of the nuclear proteins. (b) The level of phosphorylated I-κBα (p-I-κBα) in total lysates. Raw264.7 cells were treated with LPS or LPS + EER for 30 min. Immunoblots are representative results from repeated experiments.
