Proposed mechanism of the T1 regulatory pathways in lung tumorigenesis of VEGF-A165 overexpressed transgenic mice. The effects of T1 on lung tumor formation are hypothesized to occur through the cell cycle signaling. The diagram shows that T1 might inhibit the expressions of VEGF-A165 during signal transduction, as well as reductions of Cyclin A and Cyclin B during S and G2/M cell cycle stages.
