Fasting blood glucose concentrations were measured in obese KKAy mice of insulin resistance. FBG in obese KKAy mice treated with TLSP (100 mg·kg⁻¹·day⁻¹), LSP1 (100 mg·kg⁻¹·day⁻¹), LSP2 (100 mg·kg⁻¹·day⁻¹), normal control C57BL/6J mice, and diabetic control obese KKAy mice and KKAy mice treated with rosiglitazone. Data were presented as mean ± SD (𝑛=7-8). *𝑃<0.05, **𝑃<0.01 versus diabetic control (vehicle treated).
