Effects of 10 g/mL avocado cotyledon methanol-water partition M and HSCCC fractions on HaCaT keratinocytes. Proliferation rates (dark columns) were investigated with the BrdU incorporation assay; the intracellular metabolism (bright columns) was measured through MTT reduction.
