HRV data were log-transformed prior to statistical analysis. The values given are the mean ± SD. Statistical significance was set at a value < 0.05, using analysis of variance (ANOVA). If there were statistically significant differences between groups, the post hoc test (Duncan) was used to identify them with “a, b”.
