The genuine primo vessel (dotted line) stained with Alcian blue was surrounded with aggregated lymphocytes. The diameter of the genuine primo vessel was only about 20 μm. However, it was difficult to define the boundary of the PVS. The data in Table 1 was over estimated due to the aggregated region.
