Effect of Angelica root extracts and DBT on cell growth. (a) Cultured HEK-293T cells, MG-63 cells and MCF-7 cells were treated with various concentrations of Angelica roots for 48 hours, and the cell viability was determined by MTT assay. (b) Cultures were treated as in (a) with various concentrations of DBT to determine the cell proliferation by MTT assay.
