TNF-induced effects on changes in cell morphology of HeLa cells. (a) Cells seeded at 5 × 104 cells/mL were pretreated with AIMs (400 μg/mL) for 1 h and then treated with TNF (10 ng/mL) for 24 hr, and we observed the morphologic changes under the microscope.
