SBL potentiates the NGF-induced neurite outgrowth. (a) PC12 cells were treated with NGF (0.5 ng/mL and 50 ng/mL), SBL (12 μg/mL), and NGF (0.5 ng/mL) + SBL (12 μg/mL) for 72 hours. The cultures were fixed, and extension of neurite outgrowth was revealed. Bar = 10 μm.
