Effect of CSEE on mRNA expression of HSP27 and HSP90 in H ₂O ₂-treated SH-SY5Y cells. SH-SY5Y cells were seeded at 2×10⁵ cell/mL in 100 mm dish and was treated with CSEE (1/500, 1/1000 and 1/2000) for 24 h, and then they were treated with 150 μM H₂O₂ for 24 h. The mRNA expression of genes was normalized to GPDH mRNA expression and expressed as ratio of control.
