Antioxidant effects of naringenin and quercetin on HOCl. A 96-well culture plate that contained HOCl (50 μM) and taurine (5 mM) was incubated in the presence or absence of naringenin and quercetin (25 and 50 μM). The TMB solution (50 μL) was then added to the samples, and HOCl was quantified. The data are expressed as the mean ± SEM of three experiments. , compared with control group.
