EGb repressed CDDP-stimulated generation of ROS in LLC-PK1 cells. (a) LLC-PK1 cells were incubated with 50 μM CDDP for the indicated time periods. (b) LLC-PK1 cells were preincubated with EGb (200, 100, and 50 μg/mL) for 24 h and then incubated with 50 μM CDDP at 37°C for 12 h.
