Bisdemethoxycurcumin Increases Sirt1 to Antagonize t-BHP-Induced Premature Senescence in WI38 Fibroblast Cells

(b) Time response: cells were exposed to 20 μM of BDMC for different duration (12–72 h). Then Sirt1 expression was measured by Western blot assay. (c) Cells were treated with different doses of BDMC (5–40 μM) for 24 h; then total RNA was extracted, and reversed transcription, and real-time PCR were performed to assess Sirt1 gene level.
