Analysis of the phytochemical profile of RV extract and the inhibitory activity of fisetin on TNF-α, IL-6, and iNOS mRNA expression in LPS-treated RAW264.7 cells. (a) Phytochemical characteristics of RV extract were analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). (b) LPS-induced TNF-α, IL-6, and iNOS mRNA expression in fisetin-treated RAW264.7 cells was examined by quantitative real-time PCR.
