Electroacupuncture Could Regulate the NF- B Signaling Pathway to Ameliorate the Inflammatory Injury in Focal Cerebral Ischemia/Reperfusion Model Rats

Double-immunofluorescent labeling the NF-κB p65 (green) and IκBα (red) in the cells in the ischemic cortex (5 rats in each group, total 20 rats). It showed that NF-κB p65 and IκBα were both poorly expressed in the sham group. In the I/R group, the NF-κB p65 protein was expressed in cytoplasm and nucleus, especially highly in the nucleus; IκBα protein was poorly expressed in cytoplasm and nucleus. In the EA group and NBD group, the NF-κB p65 protein was mainly expressed in the cytoplasm than in the nucleus, and the IκBα protein was expressed highly in the cytoplasm and nucleus.
