Effects of apigenin, oleuropein, and cyanidin chloride on IL-8 gene expression in TNF-α-treated cells. IB3-1 cells were exposed for 24 h to the indicated concentrations of compounds in the presence of TNF-α as described in methods. After this incubation time, RNAs and cellular supernatants were isolated.
