HG/[6]-GR inhibited the collapse of MMP in NRCs induced by DOX. After 24 h of treatment, cells were coincubated with the fluorescence probe JC-1 for 10 min at 37°C; images (original magnification ×400, bar 100 μm) were scanned by confocal laser microscopy and the ratios of red/green fluorescent densities from 8 random fields were calculated for each sample.
