Reduction of NF-κB and STAT1 in the liver of thiacremonone pretreated mice. (a) The expression of p50 and p65 phosphorylation in nuclear extracts (NE) was determined by Western blotting, and the DNA binding activity of NF-κB was determined in the nuclear extracts of APAP-treated mice and thiacremonone pretreated mice liver tissues by EMSA. (b) The expression of p-STAT1 and STAT1 in NE was determined by Western blotting and the DNA binding activity of STAT1 was determined in the nuclear extracts of APAP-treated mice and thiacremonone pretreated mice liver tissues by EMSA.
