Effects of XAN and CXE treatments on the expression of inflammatory cytokine genes in muscle tissue of HFD-induced obese mice. The expression of TNF-α, IL-6, IL-1β, and CRP genes in muscle tissue was evaluated by RT-PCR. β-Actin was used as an internal control.
