The effects of KCHO-1 on TNF-α (a), IL-1β (b), and IL-6 (c) production in LPS-stimulated BV2 microglia. The cells were pretreated for 12 h with the indicated concentrations of KCHO-1 and then stimulated for 18 h with LPS (1 μg/mL). The concentrations of TNF-α (a), IL-1β (b), and IL-6 (c) were determined using ELISA kits, as described in the Materials and Methods section. The data represent the mean values from 3 experiments ± SD. compared with the LPS-treated group.
