Inhibitory Effect of a Hot-Water Extract of Leaves of Japanese Big-Leaf Magnolia (<i>Magnolia obovata</i>) on Rotavirus-Induced Diarrhea in Mouse Pups

<div>Effect of 1-BuOH-soluble fraction of MLE on the amplification of viral protein mRNA in SA11-infected MA104 cells. MA104 cells were treated with 1-BuOH-soluble fraction of MLE 1 h after the exposure to SA11 strain. The SA11-infected cells were cultured for other indicated times and subjected to quantitative RT-PCR assay to evaluate the expression of VP6 and NSP4.
