<div>Effects of EAE on apoptosis of peripheral T lymphocytes in AA rats induced by Mtb. At days 16 and 28, T lymphocytes were isolated from abdominal aorta and stained by Annexin V-FITC/PI dyes. The apoptotic rate of lymphocytes was analyzed by flow cytometry.</div>
