The dynamic change of IgG after vaccination. ICR mouse was inoculated twice on days 0 and 14 with OVA encapsulated in propolis flavonoids liposome, blank liposome, and Freund’s Complete Adjuvant or mixed in propolis flavonoids. The concentrations of IgG in serum were measured on weeks 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 after first vaccination. Values are mean ± SEM, mice/group.
