LC suppresses lung cancer cell growth via an apoptosis-independent mechanism. (a) Cells were treated with LC (4 μg/mL) for 6 h, 12 h, and 24 h. Western blot assays were performed to determine the expression of Bcl-2, Bax, and p53 in H460 cells. GAPDH was used as a loading control. (b) Western blot assays were performed to determine the expression of cleaved caspase-3, cleaved caspase-9, and cytochrome C in H460 cells.
