Caffeamide 36-13 Regulates the Antidiabetic and Hypolipidemic Signs of High-Fat-Fed Mice on Glucose Transporter 4, AMPK Phosphorylation, and Regulated Hepatic Glucose Production

The protein contents of GLUT4 in skeletal muscle, the ratio of phospho-AMPK (Thr172) to total AMPK in liver tissue and skeletal muscle, and quantified results for the phosphorylation status of Akt (p-Akt normalized to total Akt (pAkt/Akt)) in liver tissue of the mice by oral gavage caffeamide 36-13 (TS) for 4 weeks.
