Effect of oral administration of SLEE on carrageenan-induced paw oedema in mice. Animals received SLEE (30, 100, or 300 mg/kg, p.o.) or vehicle or dexamethasone (DEXA, 1 mg/kg, s.c.) and after 1 h an intraplantar injection of carrageenan (300 μg/paw).
