Effect of local administration of fruticulin A at paw withdraw threshold, on Von Frey test in mice. Animals received fruticulin A (1 μg/paw) or vehicle and after one hour 300 μg of carrageenan injection in the right hind paw. Mechanical hyperalgesia was measured at the times 3 and 4 hours after carrageenan injection using the digital analgesymeter. The bars express the mean ± SEM of 6 animals. The symbol compared vehicle (V) versus fruticulin A treated groups and compared the control group before basal and after carrageenan treatment. ; .
