Phytochemical Constituents and Toxicity of Duguetia furfuracea Hydroalcoholic Extract in Drosophila melanogaster

Locomotive performance in groups of 10 flies exposed to HEDF for seven days at doses of 0, 1, 10, and 50 mg/mL by negative geotaxis test. The measurements were repeated five times at intervals of 1 min. The test was performed in triplicate (), and data represents the mean ± SEM of the number of flies that were in the top and bottom. Exposure of flies to 50 mg/mL of HEDF caused significant deficit in locomotive performance when compared to control group ().
