Effect of HEDF exposed flies on the activity of AchE. HEDF (1 and 10 mg/mL) induced alteration in the activity of AchE in HEDF-treated flies after 7 days of exposure. The data represent the mean ± SEM of three replicates performed in duplicate. and indicate significant difference when compared to control.
