Western blot analysis of the phosphorylated and total forms of ERK (a) and (b) and PARP cleavage in homogenates of flies exposed to HEDF (1–50 mg/mL) for seven days. The total content and phosphorylation of proteins were detected by specific antibodies and the reaction was developed by the method of detection by enhanced chemiluminescence (ECL). The graph represents the quantification of the immunoreactive bands and means ± SEM of three independent experiments (% of control) () and compared to the control group.
