Effect of ENS (3, 10, 30, and 100 mg/kg) in scopolamine-induced memory impairment for the passive avoidance test. Mice were orally administered with ENS (3, 10, 30, and 100 mg/kg body weight, P.O.) and donepezil group (positive control; 1 mg/kg body weight, P.O.) 90 min before scopolamine (1 mg/kg body weight) subcutaneous administration. After 30 min a training trial was performed. Twenty hours after the training trial, a test trial was performed and the latency was measured. Data represent means ± S.E.M.
