Effects of RJFs on SOD and MPO activities of lung tissue in mice. 2 h after RJFs pretreatment on day 7, mice were slightly anesthetized, and then 2 mg/kg LPS was instilled intratracheally (i.t.) to induce lung injury. Lung homogenates were prepared at 24 h after LPS challenge. SOD and MPO activities were determined by kits. Data expressed as means ± S.D.
