Effects of RJFs on production of inflammatory cytokine TNF-α, IL-6, and IL-1β in BALF of mice. 2 h after RJFs pretreatment on day 7, mice were slightly anesthetized, and then 2 mg/kg LPS was instilled intratracheally (i.t.) to induce lung injury. BALF was collected at 24 h following LPS challenge. The levels of TNF-α, IL-6, and IL-1β in the supernatants of BALF were determined by mouse ELISA kits. Data expressed as means ± S.D.
