Effect of treatment with S. nigrum on immobilization stress induced changes in brain tissue levels. The decrease in GSH content was observed with a significant increase in MDA after the immobilization stress. The pre- and poststress treatment of S. nigrum extract resulted in a significant increase in GSH content with a decrease in MDA.
