Effects of SGD and its constituents on the production of PGE2 and PGF2α in human adenomyosis-derived cells. Cells were treated with SGD, paeoniflorin (PA), and liquiritin (LQ). Panels (a) and (b) show results of PGE2 and PGF2α, respectively. Both PGE2 and PGF2α production in the supernatant were significantly decreased by the treatment of SGD and PA.
