Error bars represent standard deviation whilst the symbol indicates statistical significance when compared to the untreated sample ( value < 0.05). (b) Trypan blue viability test. Viable AGS cells after being treated with fucoidan preparations of 1000 μg mL⁻¹ were counted using trypan blue exclusion method. Untreated AGS cells were defined as 100% relative growth.
