aHSCs were treated with indicated concentrations of SME for 72 h. Cells were harvested and incubated with FITC-conjugated annexin V and PI. The results show the percentage of cells in various stages that were measured by flow cytometry. The values are presented as the means ± SD. < 0.05, < 0.01, compared with 0 mg/mL.
