Flavonoid 4′-O-Methylkuwanon E from Morus alba Induces the Differentiation of THP-1 Human Leukemia Cells

4ME causes increased NBT reduction in PMA stimulated THP-1 cells. Cells were cultured with indicated concentrations of 4ME or 1 µM ATRA, added as a positive control, for 72 h. Aliquots of cells were used for the determination of NBT-reducing activity.
