Effects of paeoniflorin and albiflorin on CYP3A4 and CYP2D6 enzyme activities. Enzyme activities of CYP3A4 and CYP2D6 were detected by P450-Glo Assays. Nonlinear regression analysis was performed to estimate the half-maximal inhibitory concentrations (IC₅₀) and dashed lines represented 100% activity.
