The bacteria isolates are denoted as Sf (Shigella flexneri), Pa (Pseudomonas aeruginosa), Sa (Staphylococcus aureus), Ef (Enterococcus faecalis), Kp (Klebsiella pneumonia), Sp (Streptococcus pyogenes), Pv (Proteus vulgaris), and Sm (Serratia marcescens).
