Ginsenoside Rh1 Improves the Effect of Dexamethasone on Autoantibodies Production and Lymphoproliferation in MRL/lpr Mice

<div>Expression of IFN-<i>γ</i> and IL-4 mRNA in the CD4+ splenic lymphocytes. Total RNA was isolated from CD4+ splenic lymphocytes and then real-time RT-PCR was performed to determine the level of IFN-<i>γ</i> and IL-4 mRNA. The expression of IFN-<i>γ</i> and IL-4 mRNA was normalized by <i>β</i>-actin. Each bar represents mean ± S.D.
