Pfaffosidic Fraction from Hebanthe paniculata Induces Cell Cycle Arrest and Caspase-3-Induced Apoptosis in HepG2 Cells

Effect of antitumor activity of pfaffosidic fraction from Hebanthe paniculata roots on HepG2 cell growth. The cells were exposed to SF-100% at 100 μg/mL for 24, 48, or 72 h and the viability was evaluated by MTT assay. The treatment decreased cell growth at all times of treatment.
